Q. When can I appeal?

A. The applicant can appeal if their course application has been refused by the Board.

Q. How do I make my appeal?

A. The appeal takes the form of a letter to the Board which will be read at the next meeting and the Board will then decide whether or not to refuse or approve the application.

Q. If my appeal is unsuccessful what Public Body can I approach?

A. The Office of the Ombudsman can be approached if you feel that your appeal has been treated unfairly by the Board

Q. When is an oral appeal allowed?

A. An oral appeal is only granted if the applicant has some new additional evidence in relation to the original appeal.
